Based in the Cotswolds The Endurance Department offers personalised coaching and support for all levels of fitness and sporting experience.

Drawing on an elite military, multi-sport and endurance background, Chris "Kit", The Endurance Department’s performance coach provides clients with a range of tailored coaching solutions both in person or online.

  • Personal Fitness Coaching – whether your goal is to run your first 5km without walking, complete an obstacle race, completely change your life through diet and exercise or complete an ultra-marathon.

  • Endurance Specific Training – whether you are looking to dip your toe into multi-sport with a novice event, take on an ultramarathon or are looking for coaching for an IRONMAN triathlon. As an accredited IRONMAN Certified Coach, we can provide tailored support to help you reach your goal.

  • WarriorFIT Functional Fitness group classes - combining strength & conditioning with aerobic endurance training, these sessions guarantee to get you fitter.

  • Trail running and cycling workshops from our base on the Cotswold escarpment including parts of the Cotswolds Way national trail and the Tour of Britain routes.

  • T.E.A.M Endurance Department allows all Endurance Department athletes and clients to benefit from exclusive offers and discounts from our select partners – from health screening to supplements, health foods, race & event entry and kit & equipment – T.E.A.M Endurance Department have their own Facebook & Strava group encouraging a sense of community, team spirit and support.
